In a post-war future in California, USA, androids walk among humans, interplanetary settlement is encouraged, and one’s character is measured by how well they take care of their pets. In this committee, based on Philip K. Dick’s genre-defining sci-fi novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, delegates must deal with the aftermath of the devastating nuclear fallout, a high crime rate, and various sectional conflicts, such as those based on religion and social class. Furthermore, there is the issue of androids with unknown agendas becoming too lifelike and subsequently infiltrating society. Thus, delegates will need to address the very question that defines us all: what it means to be human.
