It is 1795, and the unification of the Modern Hawaiian archipelago is underway. As rulers of the surrounding islands and members of Kamehameha’s Council of Chiefs, delegates in this committee must decide the best way to deal with the dynasty and its rule. Many neighboring rulers must be dealt with, forcing the committee to choose between conflict or diplomacy and independence or unification. Kamehameha’s Council of Chiefs must decide how much they are willing to sacrifice for unification and how to best protect the dynasty. As the years pass, new tensions and roadblocks will appear, and the Council of Chiefs and Island rulers will have to resolve these disagreements in the most fitting manner. The future of the archipelago is in your hands, and now you must determine Hawaii’s destiny.
