What is WYOMUN?

Model United Nations enables students to step into the shoes of world leaders, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges faced by today’s leading diplomatic figures.  Delegates develop solutions to complex real-world problems while adapting to ever-changing scenarios, honing their critical thinking, communication, and problem solving skills.  Through debate, discussion, and collaboration, Model United Nations provides a controlled environment in which students are able to apply lessons from the classroom, bringing foreign cultures and issues closer to home.

​The Wyoming High School Model United Nations Conference (WYOMUN) seeks to provide an exceptional Model UN experience to delegates in the Greater Cincinnati and larger tri-state area.  The conference operates as a partner organization to the Wyoming High School Model United Nations Club, which was recently ranked in the top 150 Model UN clubs of North America and in the top 3 clubs of Ohio. From our first session on November 1, 2014, the conference has grown thanks to extensive dedication from the staff.  We look forward to continuing to grow into one of the premier Model UN conferences in the Midwest.
